Quote of the day: "A good traveler has no fixed plans, and is not intent on arriving." ~Lao Tzu

State of mind: mild panic.

Date: April 10th, 2009

I keep saying I'm going to Boston when in fact, I'll be in Cambridge which is right next to Boston. As someone who is always thought of as a city girl just because I come from the state of New York and thus people get the entire state confused with one city of the same name, I get how if one were from Cambridge they might get annoyed by people always referring to it as Boston.

So. I'm going to Cambridge.

After I do some laundry. And pack. And print up my maps. And figure out my freaking iTouch because it won't synch with my library of songs that I painstakingly downloaded over one whole weekend and I am not buying all those songs again through iTunes just to get them on there.

Oh, and I have to gas up my car.

See ya in a few days. (Unless you live over there, in which case I'll see you tomorrow.)

PS I didn't use a quote on the back of my iTouch. I went with my initials. And now I'm thinking that wasn't such a hot idea if I decide to sell the damn thing. What are the odds of someone else having the same letters to start their first, middle, and last name? Pretty damn slim, I bet.

Show quote of the day: '1+1=1' "You want to know how I survived 12 years in prison?"

You would have raised the resale value if it said "DON'T PANIC"...

Say hey to the Cambridge gang for me... unless I don't know them, then... well... say hey anyway and confuse the hell out of 'em.
